About this property

Welcome to Monte Carlo Inn

Located at 685 E Arrow Hwy in Azusa, CA, Monte Carlo Inn is a low-key extended stay property offering studio-style units equipped with kitchens. Weekly rates cater to guests planning longer stays, with studios featuring appliances such as refrigerators and microwaves, though stoves are not included. The motel also provides an outdoor pool, paid parking with a small lot, and free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for visitors looking for basic, homey accommodations in the area.

The property operates a gated and secure environment with surveillance cameras, supporting a quiet atmosphere appreciated by most guests. However, some reviews highlight that the motel can feel somewhat dated, with occasional cleanliness issues and no elevator for access to upper floors, which may be inconvenient for some visitors. The front desk hours are limited and do not offer 24/7 service, consistent with the motel's straightforward setup.

Monte Carlo Inn is positioned conveniently for those exploring nearby attractions such as Raging Waters Los Angeles, Santa Anita Park, and the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden. It is also within reasonable driving distance to several airports, including Los Angeles International and Hollywood Burbank Airport, offering flexibility for travelers.

This extended stay motel is generally favored for its affordability and practical amenities rather than luxury or extensive services. It suits guests requiring simple, functional lodging for mid-term visits, especially families or individuals seeking weekly hotel solutions in Azusa. The absence of on-site dining and fitness facilities should be considered when planning a stay.

Nearby accommodations offer a range of alternatives, with several inns and motels in close proximity rated from average to good, providing options depending on specific needs and preferences. Monte Carlo Inn occupants often appreciate the supportive staff and community feel, making it a reasonable choice for those prioritizing price and location over upscale amenities.

Judy, Eddie, Steven and Jeff are wonderful people, very professional and very sweet and understanding. We been here since the end of December of 2023, prices are unbelievable unbeatable and far from any other in motels, Inns or hotels in Azusa, CA. I gave the service a 3 because the office is not 24/7 days a week open. But for the most part, everyone does need good schedules to get off. Not like mine I work graveyard hours at nights. I would give my whole rating a 5+ total. I wish we could be more permanent stay after three weeks you have to leave for one day and come back the next morning. During the summer I wonderful is the pool Is open now. Still no washers or dryers yet what I know of. Still the best place from home.

I like it for being weekly the rooms are homey has pool community gated & security cameras in and outside to feel more at ease. One thing that sucks is no pets allowed has a washer room and dryer's WiFi as well cable for kids and family has big refrigerators and microwave but no stove there like studio rooms I guess there different bed sizes because I had a full size bed it was the only room they had at the moment. But if your looking for a place to stay and have children I recommended it 300 for the 1st week and after that 250

Only thing is ... they don't have an elevator, which makes it very difficult to get to the third floor

It's a very cheap motel weekly rate so far I stay there a week and I might get it for another week, very dirty. Wish they could come clean the room every day and give you new towels that are not dirty and stained would be nice. They have a laundry room and the pool parking lot is very small.

Not a bad place to stay. I needed to stay here while I transitioned from from one place to another. The staff treated me right. They run a strict place as they should because some people (adults) act immature when renting for the week so they have to be tough. But if you’re nice to them they’ll be cool to you and work with you. Some... some of those that were “shady” are those that feel entitled while staying there. It’s only a weekly to 28 day stay but yet in the office, I hear people complaining why that they can’t bring a small couch or other furniture. IT’S A TEMPORARY STAY PEOPLE. You’re not supposed to make it your home! Abide by the rules and you’ll be respected. My only complaint was all the smoking from tenants outside their rooms OR even more toxic, the stench of weed coming out of some rooms when you walk by. . STAY OFF THE WEEEEEEEEED!! You stink! Anyway, if you need a place to stay for a week or longer, this place will do. Overall, they had strict rules (like no overnight guests, partying after 10pm, no kids running around) and if anyone breaks these rules, management takes care of it that day! Most of tenants were very nice and the staff and cleaning ladies are awesome!

My fiancee found this place for us. I really like it the refrigerator is big our food stays cold. The man behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. The carpet is very clean. The last motel we stayed not even a week the carpet was very dirty. The studio in this place is nice for two people. Love this place

This place is absolutely wonderful. Its definitely not a place to rent a room for a party or for any festive happenings however the weekly rates are unbeatable. I started renting the room weekly and I am now staying here for the immediate future until I find something more long term. Most of the people here have been here for years or months its more so an apartment complex that has a few rooms to rent out weekly occasionally. Also, side note rooms go QUICK here there are hardly any vacancies so if you get an opportunity that window will shut quick if you do not book it. The whole complex is gated and secure with cameras. Parking is $5 one time fee. Very quiet here and everyone minds their business. Absolutely love it.

Rooms are almost like Studio Apartments very nice Judy, Eddie and Steve very nice and good customer service. The Cleaning Girl is sweet and nice she is a Hard worker cleaning room's by herself and gets it done and very clean. Can't do much if the last people who rented a specific room and mess up the rooms they try their best to fix what needs to be fixed from the other people whom rented the room. Some rooms have a lot of burned marks on rug, walls, bathroom sink, kitchen sink I could not believe even the bed spread. I don't know why people don't respect properties. Over all EXCELLENT we have liked every room we have been in bad part is that a lot of people smoke and marijuana smells. Makes me and my husband sick. Beautiful outside the trees, flowers and the decorations for every festive occasions inside of office and front of office. Everyone here are very nice, very hard working people and Caring ("We will always come here"). The only thing smoking of cigarettes and marijuana is to much sometimes. We work Graveyard shifts sometimes there is a lot of noise and sometimes there isn't. We would like to live here for awhile until we can find a place to live instead of paying here then going back out and stay in our vehicles
